How can I manage or ease my side effects?

Not everyone will experience side effects with CALQUENCE, and for those that do, many side effects can be managed. It's important to maintain an open dialogue with your doctor about side effects since they are the most familiar with your medical history and are best positioned to manage ongoing issues whenever possible. Consider keeping a log of continuing side effects and share that with them, because they may see patterns based on your documentation. And maybe even explore with your doctor any further lifestyle changes that might help address those side effects, too.

The suggestions below are meant to help manage and ease some of the most common side effects.

If a side effect occurs, doesn’t go away, is severe, or gets worse, be sure to contact your doctor. You can also download a brochure on managing side effects in mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) to review and share with your doctor. We also suggest calling the FDA at 1-800-FDA-1088 to report side effects. To jump past the menu, just press ‘3’ and then ‘1’ to submit a report about a drug or biological product.
